Institutional Ongoing Training Projects

Some institutional continuing education projects are presented here.Ongoing training is defined by Italian law as 'training activities aimed at adults, whether employed or unemployed, with particular reference to the activities in which the worker participates by his or her own choice, in order to adapt or raise his or her professional level, and to the training interventions promoted by companies, in close connection with the technological and organisational innovation of the production process' (Ministry of Labour, Circular No. 174/96 - Law 236/93).
