Spin-off

As claimed by ANVUR guidelines, university spin-offs operate on the basis of research results and/or maintain research collaboration relations with academic bodies. They do not necessarily have capital participation or the presence of researchers in the governing bodies. Spin-off status is sanctioned by a resolution of the University Board.
